Chloe Chong will be returning to F1 ACADEMY this season, with the British driver teaming up with F1 ACADEMY Official Partner Charlotte Tilbury and filling the final full-time spot on this season’s grid.
The 17-year-old previously raced in the series in 2023 as the youngest driver in the field. In her first season of single-seaters, Chong secured six points-scoring results, including three personal best finishes of sixth in Spielberg, Valencia and Austin.
Last year, Chong competed in British F4, achieving her highest result of seventh at Donington Park. She’ll now get her sophomore campaign underway behind the wheel of the #27 car operated by Rodin Motorsport, featuring an updated livery in the brand’s signature night crimson and rose gold colourways and emblazoned with the iconic Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips icon.
“I’m super happy to be making a return to F1 ACADEMY this season and to be representing Charlotte Tilbury,” said Chong. “When I was first introduced to the brand, I instantly felt at home with their ethos of championing the magic of confidence and big dreams in order to achieve goals.
“I truly believe in setting myself up for success; so joining the Charlotte Tilbury family feels just like that. Their brand story is beyond inspiring, and it’s something I would like to replicate on track. I am grateful for their support in my career, and I can’t wait to shoot for the stars wearing their colours in the year ahead.”
To celebrate the continuation of their partnership with F1 ACADEMY, Charlotte Tilbury have announced that 100% of sales of their Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray on International Women’s Day will fund free karting sessions for young girls. In addition, the brand is funding a new initiative, the Charlotte Tilbury Scholarship, to support one girl’s participation in the 2026 British Indoor Karting Championship (Level 2), including the cost of entry to the full Club 100 season, participation in 13 competitions, plus additional testing and coaching through the Motorsport UK Girls Karting Academy.
Charlotte Tilbury MBE, President, Chairman, CCO, and Founder of Charlotte Tilbury, added: “I am so proud to have been the first female founder and the first beauty brand to sponsor F1 ACADEMY and support its incredible, fearless female drivers. In 2025 we are taking this groundbreaking partnership to the next level with a brand-new season of racing. This partnership celebrates the strength, determination and undeniable talent of the next generation of female drivers.
“With this partnership, we will use our global platform to celebrate and amplify this new generation of inspiring young female drivers, opening up the traditionally male-dominated world of motorsport to even more talented young women. Empowering everyone, everywhere to unlock the magic of confidence has always been my passion and purpose – and I was so excited when I discovered that this vision was shared by Susie Wolff and F1 ACADEMY!
“This year, I am so excited to be championing F1 ACADEMY driver Chloe Chong, who is driving our iconic Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips car! Having made history as the youngest ever driver in F1 ACADEMY in 2023, she is a true trailblazer in motorsport, an inspiration to so many and I am incredibly proud to be supporting her on her journey.
“I am so excited to see Chloe and other young women around the world race towards their dreams and makeup their destiny – this empowering mantra is even emblazoned on Chloe’s racesuit! This season of racing is going to be unmissable; I cannot wait!”
Susie Wolff, F1 ACADEMY’s Managing Director, concluded: “We are very proud to continue our hugely impactful partnership with Charlotte Tilbury. Charlotte's mission to empower and inspire everyone to unlock their inner confidence and make their dreams a reality aligns so strongly with our beliefs at F1 ACADEMY. To quote Charlotte, in motorsport, you have to dare to dream it, dare to believe it and dare to do it.”
