After a season of learning culminating in her 2024 campaign ending on its highest note, Tina Hausmann is looking to carry that momentum into her sophomore year with Aston Martin.
Born in Switzerland, Hausmann’s racing story began when she first spotted a kart in a car dealership aged seven. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a drive to race competitively as she climbed through the ranks.
By late 2022, she got her first taste of a Formula 4 car in testing and the promising showing saw her make the step up for the 2023 season. No sooner had she started, Hausmann immediately covered herself in glory. Racing in the Formula Winter Series, she burst on to the scene, scoring a podium in her debut weekend. Further success would quickly follow as she took the honours as the highest-placed female driver in both the Italian F4 and Euro 4 Championships that year.
Selected to represent Aston Martin with PREMA Racing in 2024, her rookie season was a steep learning curve but one the 18-year-old took in her stride. After six point-scoring appearances, her seventh proved to be her best as she brought home a P4 finish in the final race of the year in Abu Dhabi, securing her a top-10 finish in the Drivers’ Standings.
